I ordered a pepperoni pizza with pineapple it’s tasted a little watery but could pass . About an hour and a half later I had constant diarrhea as well as vomiting both at the same time.. after words I had the chills 20 min later diarrhea and vomiting start again this went on for about 2 hours .
