I ate lucky charms cereal I got sick after 15 minutes of eating 1 bowl. I felt nauseous and went to lie down. After laying down for 20 mins I started to get really bad stomach cramps but not enough to warrant an ER visit but they lasted well into the night. I was fine by the next morning.
