Made my own salad yesterday for lunch. The base was a mixture with Romaine & Spinach. Got extreme abdominal cramps around 8:00pm along with nausea & diarrhea- about 6 hours after consumed the salad. The pain and discomfort has lasted through the night into the next. Extremely painful.
