I ate at a McDonalds at around 10:30PM and I got a McChicken and a McDouble. The McChicken seemed fine but what I noticed from the McDouble was that it was extremely cold, like it had been sitting for a while. I now have an extremely bad headache and diarrhea, and feel extremely nauseous.
