signature cafe bowl salad Santa Fe style exp 5/9/2021 Are salad in afternoon about 2pm began vomiting by midnight. Uncontrollable nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dizziness to the point I went to the ER to get fluids and anti nausea.
