Within 30 minutes after eating a cheeseburger from In N Out I got severe stomach pain and diarrhea. Also nausea. Very weak to almost fainted.

Got crispy chicken salad and ranch dressing at 12:30 pm Tuesday April 20. I only ate the chicken and one tomato from salad. Within 30 minutes after eating I experienced severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea.
