Five cheese ziti Al forno, salad, and bread sticks on 9/14. Almost immediately experienced overly full feeling, upper abdomen knot. Severe indigestion over night that kept waking me. Pain, cramping, fever the next day even. Loss of appetite, some diarrhea. This location.
