Monday June 5 at noon I'm going to have a sandwich (Italian bread, chicken, salad, tomato, onion, ketchup) and cookies (macadamia nuts) at the subway, Monday evening severe abdominal pain and diarrhea, and today, Thursday 8, more abdominal pain, nausea and headache
