There was a foreign object embedded in my frigo string cheese that i purchased from wal-mart. it was a thick waxy piece of paper or plastic. Definitely not a piece of the wrapper.

Most likely under cooked meat because they are trying to serve a lot of food quickly-- more tacos equals more money equals more food poisoning

This time of year it is common for Canadian geese flying south for the winter to elevate their bowels over fields where greens are harvested, so if the greens weren't properly rinsed that could be the source of your illness(if restaurant staff were following proper food safety guidelines)
