My son has had a bowl of lucky charms each morning the last week. On Thursday April 7, he threw up and had diarrhea later that day. A few hours later while he we sleeping he experienced both diarrhea and vomit in his sleep. He hasn't had anymore symptoms but he also hasn't had another bowl.
