Hospitalized on vacation after eating here. 4 days later, still bed ridden sick. We feel fortunate to be alive. Awful.
Food Safety Report: Melt Bar and Grilled, Rockside Road, Independence, OH, USA
We had food poisoning a day after eating at this location. Hmmmm. We ate one other place after that so its hard to say who was the culprit but this report has me rethinking.
