I ate a bowl of Lucky Charms around midnight last night and by 6 this morning I woke up to intense stomach pain and nausea. I have made several trips to the bathroom as the symptoms just got worse. It is now 1:30pm. So just over 12 hours from consumption and the symptoms are calming down.
