I believe it was a Grub Hub delivery. A power bowl with steak, extra black beans and cheese, I ate it at 8:30pm 11/17/19. I began feeling ill around 10 am 11/18/19. I began vomiting. had 103.0 degree fever, stomach pain and watery diarhea
