sirloin steak, The other person I was with did not get sick, he ate a different piece of meat.I started with the vomiting at one am Thursday the morning . I ate dinner there around 4P-5pm on the the 10th of September. I have a cast iron stomack and never vomit. So I know thiswas food poisioning
