I ate a bowl of lucky charms cereal this morning and it was the first thing I had eaten all day. A few hours later, I developed rumbling and cramping in my stomach and knew I was going to have diarrhea. I’ve been back to the toilet a few times since with continuing diarrhea and a headache.
