I was diagnosed with food poisoning by the hospital on Sat 20th November. I ended up being hospitalised twice. This was caused by an M&S hoisin duck wrap. It has taken me almost a week to eat food again. I required anti sickness, electrolytes and lots of fluid in hospital.
