I ate at the buffet at 2:00 Eastern Time on Saturday, (September 13) and did not eat anything else that day. The next morning when I woke (September 14), I was violently ill with stomach cramps, diarrhea and was vomiting all day long. I couldn't even keep down a cracker or water.
