Food Safety Report: Safeway, East 57th Avenue, Spokane, WA, USA

This looks more like an allergy to the strawberries. Allergies can develop at anytime to anything (just in case you mention your child hasn't had adverse affects to strawberries before). My grandma breaks out in hives just like this when eating them also... Maybe have them tested?

Food Safety Report: Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH, USA

Sounds more like norovirus if your symptoms started a day later than your moms

Food Safety Report: Chili's Grill & Bar, 5756 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA, USA

Did your daughter eat from the same place or your leftovers? If not, it might not have been food poisoning. That sounds more like noro; especially with how quickly you became ill (with noro, you're usually sick/contagious a day or so before you start showing symptoms).

Food Safety Report: Sogel Mussels, Costco Wholesale, Monument Boulevard, Concord, CA, USA

Unfortunately, a lot of frozen shellfish (including oysters, clams, mussels, etc.) have been recalled due to causing norovirus for people, which is one of the reasons why there's a massive spike in stomach bug/food poisoning cases right now. I hope you feel better soon! Avoid seafood at this time. Even frozen produce.
