I ordered a rice bowl on Tuesday May 1, 2017 which included brown rice pick de gallo black beans grilled onions and bell peppers with green verde sauce and guacamole. Everything was good until the next morning. I awoke to flu like symptoms and feeling nauseated with diarrhea and vomiting.
