Last 2 fays, Had chicken strips , fries and a coffee .my wife had the same .both were very ill .due to my other illnesses i have a low imune system .hence lasting longer.

We have to just hope that the staff follow the cleanliness rules..esp following on from covid..imagine not washing hands, sneezing , coughing. Nose picking..ect...All of which has been seen
Plus the rag used to wipe down tables, does not look to be changed daily.
Fast food , yes from eating to poop in two hours..
I keep giving mc d's a chance .mainly because its cheap and convenient.
Sadly no more .in the last year I visited 3 times 3 times very ill .
