I had butterfly chicken with mash & ended up in hospital with diarrhea vomiting & nausea. My stomach had the worst cramps I have ever felt. Hospital kept asking me 'where did you eat?' I was convinced it wasn't food that did this to me until they kept in for 8 hours & my blood results came through.
