I ate the half mufflaletta sandwich at 11:30 am yesterday (nothing else prior for the day). Starting at 3 pm, I felt queasy and by 5 pm felt some stomch cramping. From 6 pm throughout the night I experienced multiple episodes of diarrhea and vomiting that are still ongoing at 6 am this morning.
