Ordered a egg mcmuffin. It tasted “off” ate 1/2 of it at 800 am. At 400 pm I became violently I’ll. Vomiting diarrhea , chills, weak. That was yesterday, I stopped vomiting but still have diahrhea and cannot eat and can barely drink anything.
