I ate in at McDonald’s on Friday at around 1:15, I ate a chicken select meal. When I got home i had a stabbing aching pain in my stomach, I then was sick several times, my body was freezing, I had diarrhoea and a banging headache. I contacted you regarding this and have still not had a reply
