El Monterey XXL Breakfast Wrap, egg, cheese, sausage Halfway through eating the wrap, experienced severe stomach pain followed a bit later by bloody diarrhea. Doctor diagnosed as food poisoning. Lasted 36 hours. Never finished wrap.
