Ate a boneless banquet for one (with gravy) at 2pm on a Friday, by 9pm I could not stop being sick every half an hour and more, plus diarreah and agonising stomach cramps. Severe dehydration after and symptoms 4 days after eating. Pharmacist confirmed it was 100% food poisoning.
