Chicken bowl was eaten with everything that's included, chose green salsa . I'm the only one that ordered from here. Symptoms such as nausea, weakness, chills, muscle pain, and headache gradually started after I ate from there. Three hours later it got worst. I feel awful. Currently on bed.
