I was taking AG1 consistently and I felt good, energized and regular, then I decided to only drink it a few times a week. I was vomiting on the tennis court. I DON’T EVER VOMIT!!!! After the vomiting was profuse diarrhea and cramps. Felt like a bug, but think it’s the AG1, NEVER AGAIN!!!
