Onset of symptoms began 12/27 around 3pm, Hamburger from the Machu Picchu Snack Bar My pregnant wife and four year old (very fortunately) ordered something else and we’re fine. I suspect it was either the ground beef in the burger or rinsed lettuce with tap water.
