On Monday, 01/23/17 at 1:30pm picked up a crispy chicken salad w ranch dressing. Right after I ate it I got heartburn. Shortly after nausea, diarrhea. Today is Tuesday, 1-24-17. Still sick. Can't eat n I'm throwing up nothing. Slight headache.
