I did eat a bowl and a half of Lucky Charms cereal that morning. I still have the box. I've experienced migraine-like headaches on multiple days, along with nausea, diarrhea, a whole range of stool sizes and colors, indigestion, dizziness, exhaustion, no appetite, fever with chills.
