I ate ghost pepper fries and Asiago chicken sandwich. About a half hour from then. I started to get stomach pains and gas. Knots and bubble guts. Then the throwing up, to diarrhea and fever to being bed ridden for 12 hours. 24 hours my stomach still has pains and diarrhea.
