Ordered a Big Mac Meal and Double Cheeseburger via the drive-thru on Monday evening. Within an hour of consuming I experienced severe stomach cramps and bloating, followed by continuous vomiting and diarrhoea for the next 12 hours, along with 2 days of fever and being unable to get out of bed.
