I'm feeling miserable, in the evening after 7:30 pm I had two sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins. Several hours later I got serious abdominal cramps from around 12:00 am -3:00 am with a sweaty hot feeling and at 3:18 am involuntary vomiting and diarrhea following.
