Bought two mcdoubles. I ate one and my girlfriend ate one. Around an hour or so later, both of us became extremely ill, started vomiting, had cold chills, and fever. Lasted until the next day. Very sick. Very upset over this. Afraid to eat at McDonald's restaurant again.
