I'm unsure. We were staying at two hotels in Cabo from 10/13-10/19. I developed diarrhea on day 3. My abdominal symptoms improved when I got home but came back with a vengeance on 10/23. I went to my local ER on 10/24 and needed IV fluids and tested positive for salmonella.
