I ordered a McDonalds with my mum and soon after eating I fell very ill, I had nothing else to eat that day. After that I continued to have a fever, diarrhoea, headaches/ migraines, dehydration, nausea and vomiting, it’s only been 5 days and the symptoms are worsening,
