Quaker instant oatmeal apples and cinnamon, Was eating a bowl of instant oatmeal and found a very hard piece that I couldn’t chew and it looked like a piece of plastic. Less than a minute later I threw it all up. Day 2 and I still have diarrhea and nausea but all other foods stay down.
