Ate a frozen meal from Trader Joe’s at around 6pm and instantly just felt off...just a little queasy. The next morning I had diarrhea when I woke up. I still went into work, but as soon as I got to work I couldn’t stop vomiting and having diarrhea. I also had a terrible headache. I got sent home.
