Ate Wednesday, 6pm. Stomach upset by 4am Thursday. Fever and chills onset by 9am Thursday. Severe headache, fever (102), and chills persisted. 6pm Friday, vomiting and diarrhea began and persisted throughout night. Began recovering Saturday. No appetite, slightly nauseated on Sunday.
