Ordered Cool Wrap meal, dipped in avocado lime ranch, got mac n cheese instead of fries, and a coke. I started to feel dizzy and had the cold sweats for the following hour and then ended up puking, but didn’t have much relief. The nausea, diarrhea, and dizziness has persisted, now eight hours later.
