I shop here often with no issues. Last night I purchased and ate the chicken dumpling soup from the soup bar.
In the early morning hours I felt nauseated and threw up several times. Then a bit of diarrhea. Tried to eat part of a bagel and proceeded to throw it up. Feeling lethargic.
