I believe the problem came from sour cream. My husband and I ordered the same dish but he didn't eat the sour cream on his plate. My symptoms were severe abdominal pain, headache, muscle pain, particularly in my legs as well as shaking and chills. I was too weak to walk for about 24 hours.
