I ate a Mac Donald's on Sunday, March 5, 2023 in the evening (Royal Deluxe, fries, nuggets, deluxe sauce). During the night of Sunday to Monday, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
I had no symptoms of discomfort on Sundays, everything came overnight.
