I am experiencing the very same thing!!! I purchased a chicken and rice one on Thueaday last week and i have been in contact with 111, my GP and the pharmacy not sure if it was a stomach bug. This is the only thing i had last week that was different to my usual routine and i woke up with iawful fatigue on Friday, diarrhea and stomach cramps saturday. Ive been in tears non stop !!!!
