Got a chocolate frostie with biggie bag (jr bacon cheese burger, medium fry, 4 nuggets) around noon (was the only food eaten that day) and felt diarrhea but immediately switched to severe vomiting several times an hour for 8 hours then hourly for another 12 hours.
