Woke up in the middle of the night with severe heartburn. Took Alka Seltzer. Then felt very nauseated with terrible stomach cramp and severe chills. Had profuse liquid bowel movement. Now, 24 hours later, still very weak, nauseated and frequent bowel movement,.
