Crab ragoons,Mac and cheese,mushroom and beef, roasted crab. Ate about 10 min ago in the store strayed feeling sick not long after went to the restroom couldn't make it to the toilet and threw up on the urinal went outside to my car to leave threw up 2 more times feeling insanely bad now and shaking
