Ate egg and cheese biscuit sandwich for breakfast. After 2 hours of eating, projectile vomiting, severe abdominal pain, diareha, lasting 3 days!! Went to the ER because I couldn't keep fluids down and was started on an IV drip!! Don't eat at Carl's jr!
