I had a Blueberry muffin on Wednesday afternoon which was pretty old, dry and with a weird taste. On Thursday morning diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps starter, today it's Sunday and I keep having the symptoms and this pain all over my belly area. I visit A&E and my GP to confirm.
